Can I switch plans after signing up?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to higher-tier features until then.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans are billed upfront for twelve months at a twenty-percent discount. Enterprise agreements typically run for twelve or twenty-four months, but we are happy to discuss flexible terms that suit your procurement cycle.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
We will never shut off your service without warning. If you approach your monthly limit, we send an alert at seventy-five and ninety percent usage. Overages are billed at a transparent per-call rate outlined in your agreement, or you can upgrade mid-cycle to unlock a higher allowance.
Do you offer a free trial or proof of concept?
We offer a complimentary two-week discovery engagement for qualified prospects. During this period, our team assesses your data, defines success metrics and builds a lightweight proof of concept so you can evaluate real results before committing to a paid plan. There is no obligation to proceed.
How is my data handled and stored?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. By default, data resides in Australian data centres. Enterprise clients can choose custom data residency locations. We are compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and can accommodate additional regulatory requirements on request.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email-based support staffed by our Australian engineering team. Growth plans add priority queuing with a four-hour response SLA, while Enterprise clients receive round-the-clock support with a one-hour SLA, a dedicated account manager and quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with your strategic goals.
Can I pay in Australian dollars?
Yes. All listed prices are in Australian dollars and invoices are issued in AUD. We accept bank transfer, credit card and direct debit. Enterprise clients can arrange purchase-order-based billing through our finance team.
